Regulations for access and prevention measures for COVID-19
In compliance with the regulations established by the Spanish Government, we have developed and implemented our "Health & Safety" guide and suggestions, which include the recommendations of the World Health Organization (WHO) regarding the prevention of the spread of COVID-19.
The following are the measures we have implemented to maintain the highest standard of sanitary security in our establishment.

It is recommended to wear a mask when it is not possible to maintain a distance of 2 meters with other people. We provide 1 mask to each guest at Check-IN and we have masks for sale at reception.

Hand sanitizer in apartments and common spaces.
Limited capacity in common spaces
Limitation and reduction of capacity in common areas.
Textile disinfection
Textile cleaning and disinfection.
Hammock spacing
Distance of hammocks to 1,5 meters in solarium.
Cleaning and disinfection of surfaces
Frequent cleaning of all high contact surfaces.
Our protected team
All our staff will use face masks or covers as needed.
Health Safety Committee
We have established a health and safety committee to control the health security measures implemented in our establishment.
In order for you to enjoy your stay in complete safety and tranquility, always respect the instructions of our team and practice these actions.
Handwashing
Wash your hands with soap and water frequently.
Social distancing
Keep a distance of 1.5 meters with other people, if you cannot do it wear a mask.
Use of Masks
We recommend the use of masks in common spaces, when you cannot maintain a distance of 1.5 meters with other people.
Use of disposable tissues
When you cough or sneeze, cover your nose and mouth with your elbow flexed or with a tissue.
Don't touch your face
Do not touch your eyes, nose, or mouth.
Use electronic payment methods
To minimize contact, avoid paying with coins and bills.
Request Medical Attention
If you have a fever, cough, and shortness of breath, seek medical attention.
